I went to use the service to get a medical certificate and then took a car. The service was very quick. The price was only 100 baht. I parked my car at the PTT gas station. The clinic is behind the chicken rice shop or the rice shop.
I went to get a medical certificate to use in the documents for renewing my driver's license. The service was quick and the price was standard, as shown in the attached picture. I highly recommend it. You can park at a nearby PTT gas station and walk there.
You can park in Soi 28 and walk over. It's located behind the crab fried rice shop and the noodle shop. (25/08/65 Still open. Medical certificate costs 100 baht. Payment can be made via bank transfer. Received in less than 5 minutes.)
