I was initially very skeptical because of the reviews, but everything went really smoothly.
I just went to get a wound treated, didn't see a doctor. I got an appointment very quickly and didn't have to wait long. The nurse was kind and treated the wound well. She might not have been gentle, but the wound was clean.
The doctor made an excellent diagnosis, and the nurses were very efficient. I came around 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM. I presented my bank statement and group insurance, and everything was done in no time.
