Polyclinic at Sriracha

This is my second time getting food poisoning. Medication elsewhere didn't work, but I came here and it was solved. The price is also reasonable, and the doctor is very polite.

Still suitable to obtain a medical certificate for a driving license, 150 baht, 10 minutes. Call and ask what time doctor will be in the clinic (he's not always in there).

I went after checking out their recommendations and it was great. The medical certificate for my driver's license renewal was 150B. I recommend it.
