I recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed. It was my first time trying a sand bath and it was so relaxing and a completely new experience. The physical benefits were amazing. Afterwards, I felt light, relaxed, and it really helped solve my problems.
The masseuse was very skilled, hit the right spots, and gave excellent advice. The atmosphere inside was also very nice.
